Account data: email, name, and (if you sign in with Google or Apple) the basic profile your provider shares. Product data: places you save or mark visited, your Ask Glutty conversations (Pro), taste preferences you tell the AI, and usage events that keep plan limits fair.
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
To run the product: your saves power your lists and your AI recommendations; usage counts enforce free and Pro limits; funnel events tell us which pages convert. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When you chat with Ask Glutty, your messages are processed by Anthropic’s API to generate answers. If you state a stable food preference, we store a short taste-notes summary so future answers fit you — it’s visible on your profile and removed when you delete your account.
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security — your saves, conversations, and preferences are readable only by you and our service processes. Subprocessors: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), PostHog (privacy-friendly product analytics, served first-party with no tracking cookies), Vercel or equivalent (hosting).
We use cookies for authentication sessions only — no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Export or correction requests: email us. Deletion: the Danger Zone on your profile deletes your account, your saves, your conversations, your taste notes, and cancels any subscription — immediately and permanently.
